The persistent rumors that you won't reprise the role of Sarah Connor if there is a TSCC movie are making me sad. Do you know the only reason I've been part of this fandom is because of how awesome you were in the show? Sure, the writing was great and the other actors and their characters were great, but it's the character of Sarah Connor and more specifically your performance that sucked me into the series.

You're an actor and it was a paycheck. I get that. But when your job is to represent an iconic character to millions of fans, there are strings attached. I doubt T3 would've been much better even with a script that included Sarah Connor, but Linda Hamilton's refusal to return to the franchise made it unbearable. Please don't do the same to The Sarah Connor Chronicles.

I know there are no guarantees about a film at this point, but everyone who was involved in the show seems to be pulling for one and has said so publicly. Your continued silence on the topic allow the rumors that you wouldn't be in it to thrive. So please do us a favor and speak up soon. Because if you're walking away from a future TSCC movie, then so am I.

Sincerely,
- Roxy

Right of center beats far left any day for me, so even though I wasn't surprised by the outcome of the election, I am still disappointed. McCain never thrilled me, but I do think he was the better man for the job. If Obama can move himself a few steps to the right and put some substance (other than taxes) behind his fab speeches (I do so love a good speech), he may do okay. If not, it'll perhaps be an interesting experiment in liberalism. I have doubt it'll be much more than the that, but I could be wrong. He could end up being good for the country for the next 4 years.*

So even in defeat, I feel okay about it. As my younger brother is fond of saying: "It really doesn't matter who gets elected. My life isn't going to change anyway." Ironically, he voted for Obama ;)

There's more. It's rough. I've got things to say and it may rub you wrong, even though it's not intended to. This cut isn't here to tempt you. It's here because I don't want to force it on you, but I want it out there. This is how I feel.
My one true hope from an Obama victory... )

* My dream candidate (and former Lt. Gov. of my state) didn't enter the race this time around, but I'm hopeful he'll throw his hat in the ring in 4 years. So in the grand tradition of being on the losing side of an election, I'll go ahead and kick off...

Last seen on or about April 3rd in the 1200 block of Isn't Life Swell Street, Clarity of Purpose vanished overnight without a trace. People in the neighborhood say they never even realized it had moved in nearby until it so abruptly disappeared.

"It was nice to be around and always seemed to know where it was going and why," said one neighbor. "I'm really going to miss it," added another. Some residents were too choked up over the loss to comment.

Clarity of Purpose is described as being bright and shiny, with no ambiguity, second thoughts, hesitation or regret. It was not believed to be disgruntled in any way, but persons encountering it should proceed with caution as it may be inclined to run at the first sign of being enjoyed. Clarity may be traveling with a sunny blue sky filled with big white fluffy clouds and possibly a rainbow and some frolicking bunnies.
