No, I haven't joined the cult of Jamerontology, but I do love the manipulation and awkward flirtation that make up the John and Cameron relationship. This is a short, two-minute video to AC/DC's You Shook Me All Night Long that speaks to that. I think (hope?) jamerons and non-jamerons alike will enjoy it.

Beta thanks to [livejournal.com profile] sabaceanbabe and [livejournal.com profile] tackdriver56 for lending their fresh eyes so I could fine tune some trouble spots.

HEEE! Very, very nice. I'm not into John/Cameron either, but that was MADE OF WIN!

Yay. I thought it was really fun and I was hoping that regardless of ship, everyone would enjoy it.

I never really got the whole John/Cameron thing. Except perhaps now :-)

If you're going to get it at all, I'm pleased it's my view of it ;)

goodbyebird: Sarah Connor Chronicles: John and cameron lie on the bed looking at one another, "Being John Connor can be lonely." (SCC we talk about it a lot)

The future leader of the robot resistance and his inapropriate feelings towards his terminator is never ever not amusing. Great editing!

Love it, great editing, you hit all the moments perfectly matching the songs words, I bet 'that' was a pain!
ACDC does some great songs, you did good. <3

Thank you very much. Yes, it was a pain, but so satisfying too. It's a magical feeling when you can get clips to not only flow well from one to the other, but also to the beat (and tell a story with it all). I'm in love with fan vidding.

Ha! That is hilariously spot-on. Great editing too, both with the beats and the music and the connections between each clip and the next. I do so love parallels! :)

Thank you. Doing a fast-paced vid like this was quite a challenge, but it was really fun too. I never thought I'd do a John/Cam vid, but this song was so perfect for how I view that relationship that I couldn't resist!

Awesome.

You know, in all the years I've been listening to AC/DC, I've never noticed how freakin' short this song is.

And I loved Sarah chiming in at the end to identify the musical genre. "Metal."

It's not. I cut more than a minute and a half of instrumental from the song.

Ha! I hadn't even considered that take on her line. Nice.

Ah, that would explain it. And now that you mention it, I remember the instrumental portion in question.

Ha! I hadn't even considered that take on her line. Nice.
Heh. I'd totally thought that was intentional on your part.

"TSCC: It's f***in' metal!"

Hee! Fabulous. Loved the pacing and the beat and just the general sparky flow of the whole thing, it was a lot of fun. Plus: pancakes! Nothing with this many pancakes can be a bad thing and um, awesome timing on the watermelons too. Which is probably the weirdest bit of feedback I've ever left for anyone ;-)

I'm glad you liked it because it was obviously a departure for me. But that song was so perfect for their story that I wanted to do it.

Cameron plows into John's life with all the force of a machine who looks like Summer Glau. Everywhere he turns, there she is. He's powerless under her spell. Then she leaves him for John Henry and she's so cold-power-supplied that she doesn't even break up with him face-to-face; she leaves him a note on a computer screen!

John should've listened to his mom.

LOL. That may be the weirdest bit of feedback I've been given ;)

John should always listen to his mum ;-) Maybe he should have it tattooed onto his chest or something so he doesn't forget (it'd also be a handy deterrent the next time he tries to make out with a robo-chicklet, cos there's nothing sexier than a tattoo about your mother!)

I was just thinking that while John's getting that tattoo to remind him to listen ot his mom, Sarah could get a tattoo of "No, I won't call to John".
