Well I don't think I can manage anything coherent unless I get this out of the way first: You are a god. You write some seriously awesome Sarah Connor and you are a god.
Obviously I loved Some Must Watch (and the whole Sarah arc) with a passion, but believe me, there is a hardcore following for this show that truly does get it. Just read the comments on here, if you haven't already, and also on the TSCC blog post that linked to this (http://www.fox.com/blogs/terminator/2009/03/04/dedicated-to-depth/). It's been overwhelming positive.
The show is fucking brilliant and you guys do an amazing job. So don't let the loudest and most repetitive voices (*cough* wiki *cough* TSCC blog *cough*) wear you down. It really is the smartest thing on TV and it's incredibly refreshing to have a series that actually wants me to use my brain. I love a kickass action sequence as much as anyone, but it's all so much more satisfying when I have a reason to care about the hearts and souls of the characters. And you do that — you make me care.
It's awesome that you took the time to read this and comment. And I'm seriously glad I didn't screw up that analysis. I think the coolest thing I've noticed since writing this is that even people who didn't get it at first, now realize just how layered the show is. They'll no doubt approach it a little differently going forward. So here's hoping for a 3rd season of Sarah Connor.
