My guests can remain anonymous

I'm not too keen on LJ's new My Guest feature. From what I understand, there will be a link in the header for the tracking info when the feature goes live. I'm not sure if you'll actually know by looking at someone's journal if they've opted in or out of it, though, and I've opted out. Sure, sometimes I'm curious about how many people visit my journal, but I really don't care who reads my journal. It's here to be read.

So don't worry not about your anonymity when browsing. I won't be looking over your shoulder... nor do I want you looking over mine.

hiding the pubes

The ridiculously low pants that guys are wearing has finally gone too far. It was dumb enough when they started wearing them below their butts, but at least them kept them belted above their junk. Not anymore. Now the front is as low as the back and I've noticed that dudes are walking around with a hand strategically gripped to the floppy fly of their boxers. I assume it's to keep from exposing themselves.

I still can't decide if I'm amused or disgusted.
