Interesting. I hadn't considered dual smokies! Maybe that could explain why smokie let some live, like Locke, Kate and Juliet, while killing others... different smokies. I'm not sure if that works with what we've learned about the ash, though. I just hope everything makes sense by the time we get to the end of this season :P
